Taper's Notes: This was the closing band for us. We didn´t want to see Guns n Roses, so after WT we left, with a BIG smile on our faces.
Now, the sound on the "Rock Stage" is the worst at the festival. Don't know why, but, if the bands don´t have a good sound guy... the sound stinks.
I use earplugs 99.9% of the concerts I see. But this time, I just could not use them. If I had them in, it was just a bass/bassdrum mess... just a dark mess of sound!. So I took them out, and I could hear some of the guitar and Sharon. This recording came out WAY better than I heard them on stage. So now I can enjoy the show with my memories and a desent sound.
