Taper's notes : On the way in to the venue with my gear I was caught by security but they were to lazy to do anything about it, when they pulled me aside and "wanded" my crotch with a hand-held metal detector in the area of where my gear was stashed and it of course went off. I looked down and there was a obvious bulge there that shouldn't of been there lol. The guy just gave me a weird look and looked down at my crotch and back up at me and than I said "are we good" and than he did the same thing again he looked down at my bulging crotch and back up at me and than let me through. I was very surprised he let me in knowing I had something metal stashed...but he did.
Maiden put on a great show! Wow. This show surpassed my expectations and than some, I am glad we made the 4 plus hour drive through crappy Milwaukee & Chicago traffic issues to catch the show.. it was well worth it! The seats I had were great, 5 rows from the front row on the right side of the stage. The crowd around me overall was pretty subdued which was nice. I thought Bruce sounded great considering his age, he sure knows how to entertain the crowd that's for sure! I had almost decided not to record this show because I was pretty sure it would be covered by other tapers but sadly no other sources seem to be known at this time which makes me feel that even better that I did decide to record this after all.
