Tapers's notes :
Killer 'deth show from the great Gigantour of 2005. This set features some MegaClassix as well as a choice cuts from the under-rated The System Has Failed album of 2004 (a great record). I liked Glen Drovers guitar playing on this tour and also the subsequent album. His brother Shawn plays some mean drums too, as is evident here. Dave tends to like to switch up the talent a lot though, so at least always keeps things fresh. Anyway, this is a nice capture of the Boston stop on Gigantour with the Drover brothers and James MacD playing admirably on bass.
I remember vivdly growqing up in the 80's when Megadeth t-shirts were a real badge in middle school. You wanted the best art print available to wear! Northeast US has always had a deep affection for its metal, it keeps things hot during the cold winters.
Anyway, Hope you like it! I had fun at the show and also enjoy listening to this recording. Very little noise, just lots of high quality Deth. :)
